1. Shipping Coverage
We ship across all major cities and towns in India.
We do not offer international shipping at the moment.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours on working days (Mon–Sat).
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
3. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time:
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days
- Other locations: 4–7 business days
Note: Delivery time may vary during festivals, sales, or unforeseen delays from courier partners.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹3000.
- A flat fee of ₹50 will be charged for orders below ₹2999.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) charges: ₹60 (if applicable).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- An email and/or WhatsApp message with tracking details.
- You can track your order directly from your account dashboard or via the provided tracking link.
6. Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or tampered with:
- Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
- We’ll coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue.
7. Address Errors or Missed Deliveries
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
- In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us and re-shipped at an additional cost.
