Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with ISOKART. We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product is damaged or defective on arrival.

  • The product is past its expiry date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Proof of issue (photo/video) must be submitted via email or WhatsApp.

Once your return is approved, we will arrange for a pickup.

2. Refunds

Refunds are processed in the following cases:

  • Approved return requests.

  • Order cancellation before shipment.

  • Unavailable/out-of-stock items.

Refund process:

  • Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer (details to be shared by the customer).

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.

  • To cancel, contact our customer care via email or phone with your Order ID.

  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened products.

  • Personal care tools (brushes, rollers, etc.).

  • Products purchased during a sale or with a discount code.
